Why should you listen to me?
My name is Dr. Zac Cupples. I'm a physical therapist and strength coach who has spent the bulk of my 10+ year career learning and teaching everything ranging from PT, high level performance training, myofunctional therapy, load management, sleep hygiene, and more!
I've taken well over 100 continuing education courses, and what I've found is it can be murky waters figuring out what is useful and what is not.
My job? I want to make movement and biomechanics BOTH ridiculously simple and HIGHLY effective.
It is this approach that has allowed me to:
- Work in the NBA with the Memphis Grizzlies
- Work in a cash pay physical therapy practice
- Help people all over the world remotely with their movement and performance needs
Let's face it, the fitness and rehabilitation markets are getting overcrowded with payments dwindling.
My approach has allowed me to escape that rat race and work with the people I want to work with.
